Mr Acharaya has always been kind and honest offering me the best options to solve my problem regarding arthrotic pain in my ankle joint. We agreed to have the arthrotic tibiotalar joint fused.
The operation went smoothly, surgical trauma was minimised by using keyhole surgery technic to fuse the joint. The recovery was uneventful.
Now, roughly 6 months after the surgery , the pain around the ankle has been reduced by at least 75%, it doesn't get "tired" after long walks. Actually it still seems to be improving now.
I am very happy with the outcome of this surgery, Mr Acharaya did a decent job.

Great approachable manner and always keen to listen.
Although it may be due to wokload I have had to send follow-up requests so if there is any area for improevment (the only one to be honest) then it would be perhaps a quicker reponse to enquirires.
